I'm Abbas Nasser, a software engineer focused on building systems where accuracy and speed aren't optional — inventory, order management, and increasingly, health tech architecture. I currently work on Etijara, an inventory and order management engine with integrations across Shopify and WooCommerce, where I've led design decisions on multi-warehouse fulfillment, split-shipment logic, and merchant-facing transparency around fees and stock. The problems I like solving most sit at the intersection of correctness and scale: idempotent data pipelines, event-driven architectures that eliminate manual re-entry, and systems where a single source of truth has to fan out reliably across multiple downstream services. Lately that's meant applying the same architectural discipline I use in e-commerce — safety stock, reorder triggers, resilient sync — to clinical workflows: auto order creation, real-time monitoring pipelines, and access control designs that hold up under audit.
Outside of building software, I research and write about applied technology topics, including how automation can support healthcare workflows.
